Recorded Sermon from Last Sunday 9-29-2024
We are often faced with tough decisions, the kind that make you sweat just thinking about it. Should I take the leap or play it safe? These moments weigh us down and make us second-guess ourselves. In life, hard decisions often lead us to where God wants us to be. But being a Christian is Hard!
Whether it’s standing up for what’s right, saying no when it’s easier to say yes, or stepping into the unknown, these challenges can test our faith and resolve. But here’s the kicker—those challenging choices are often part of a bigger plan, even if we can’t see it at the time. God said, My plans aren't your plans.
Every second of every day presents us with choices that can feel overwhelming, like pieces of a puzzle we need to sort through without the puzzle box to look at. While it may seem chaotic, these tough moments are signs of God working behind the scenes, orchestrating our growth and purpose. He has all the pieces and discloses them to us slowly over time.
So, when life throws you a challenge, remember that it’s often a nudge from God, pushing you toward His greater plan. Embrace the hard things! They are reminders that you are on a journey toward something meaningful.
